- Exchange/Return Policy –

IMPORTANT - Returns are NOT to be sent back unless Corporate Designs has authorised a Returns Authority.  Once you receive this RA Number, please send returns to:

1. Garments can only be exchanged or returned provided they have not been altered, worn, washed, laundered or damaged in any way. Any garments returned MUST be folded neatly and in original condition & packaging.

2. Any exchange or return must be sent back to Corporate Designs Pty Ltd clearly showing original packing slip number or a copy of the packing slip and Returns Authority.

An exchange/return/credit will NOT be processed if an original packing slip, invoice number and Returns Authority are not supplied.

3. Freight must be prepaid on all exchanges and returns.

4. All exchanges/returns must be in original re-saleable condition and returned within 21 days of invoice by Corporate Designs Pty Ltd.

5. An exchange/return form must be completed IN FULL.

 

- Refund Policy –


If the item is faulty, we offer a full money back guarantee*, provided the item has not been altered, worn, washed, laundered or damaged in any way. Advice of a faulty item must be made within 21 days of invoice by Corporate Designs Pty Ltd. Freight must be prepaid on faulty items.

If the item is deemed faulty, a credit will be processed through your customer number (or credit card if personal purchase); or the item will be replaced.

 

- Delivery Times -

Corporate Designs Pty Ltd endeavour to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days subject to stock availability. Orders are shipped via secure Postage and Freight. Collection is possible but strictly by appointment only.

 

In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery times will vary. If in doubt, please check with your local Post Office.

 

Corporate Designs Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site due to unforeseeable circumstances. This includes inability or delay in authorities or customs hold, Quarantine and/or agricultural hold, delays in shipping and/or local freight beyond our control due to extreme weather conditions and other Force Majeure events. 

  

- Backorders -

We always carry on hand a large inventory so that most orders can be processed in a relatively short period of time. However, at times it is possible that the product or size you have ordered may be out of stock. This can be due to other orders in process, delays in shipping. We always endeavour to have items available within a reasonable period. Should this not be the case, we will inform you on your invoice of any backorders. Backorder messages are also placed online. It is of assistance if you would advise us of a daytime contact phone number and regularly monitored email address when placing your order.

 

- Incorrect Listings -
Any website errors in listing of the Product name, description, or pricing of any item displayed on this website is subject to database listings and if listed incorrectly due to human error or software error, will be changed as soon as possible to be corrected. If a purchase is made of an item and it has an incorrect Product name, description, or pricing, then we will notify you immediately upon receiving the Order of the incorrect listing. We are not obliged to sell an item listed with incorrect details in any manner and it is part of our Ordering Policy that when making a purchase any item can be withdrawn from sale due to being out of stock or incorrectly listed for whatever reason.
